QUANTIX ARC is a paid, self-paced preparation platform for quantitative aptitude, data interpretation, logical reasoning, problem solving, spatial reasoning, and verbal ability.

Access is delivered automatically through the customer account after successful payment. The service does not include live classes, one-to-one coaching, recruitment, placement, or bespoke consulting. We may add, update, reorganise, or retire individual lessons, examples, or practice items as the platform develops. We will not intentionally remove the essential access you purchased during its active period without a reasonable substitute or explanation.

The service may link to third-party sites or describe external examinations and organisations. Those third parties are not controlled by us, and a reference is not an endorsement.

Some lesson explanations, examples, videos, and practice materials may be created or assisted using AI tools from QUANTIX ARC's independently prepared curriculum. We review materials before publishing, but AI-assisted educational content can still contain mistakes, omissions, or outdated information. AI providers are not affiliated with, sponsoring, or endorsing QUANTIX ARC.

AI is a production aid, not a guarantee that every explanation, calculation, example, or question is complete or current. Use your own judgement and verify important material before relying on it in an exam, interview, workplace, or other consequential setting.

• Provide accurate information and keep your password and email account secure.
• Do not share your account, sell access, impersonate another person, or allow unauthorised use.
• Your account supports up to two active sessions. When a third sign-in occurs, the existing sessions are replaced by the new sign-in as an account-protection measure.
• Notify us promptly if you notice an unknown sign-in, payment, or change to your account.

QUANTIX ARC offers fixed-duration access for 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. Each plan is a one-time purchase. There is no automatic renewal, recurring subscription, or future charge for the same plan.

Prices, currency, taxes, and the total amount are shown at checkout and may depend on your region. Payments are processed through Dodo Payments. The payment provider may appear on your receipt or statement and handles the payment transaction according to its own terms.

Access is normally opened after the payment provider confirms the payment through the server-side payment flow. A return to the site by itself is not proof of payment.

Purchases are final. Because QUANTIX ARC is a digital service that may be made available immediately, we do not offer discretionary refunds for change of mind, unused or partially used access, choosing the wrong duration, dissatisfaction with the content, or account termination for a breach of these terms.

This does not limit any non-waivable statutory consumer right. Duplicate or unauthorised charges, or a genuine failure to deliver paid access that cannot be corrected, will be investigated through the process described in our Refund Policy.

• Do not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, publicly publish, or commercially exploit the lessons, examples, videos, questions, or practice material.
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, authentication, session, rate-limit, or access controls.
• Do not use the service to cheat, impersonate another person, attack a system, or violate an examination or employer rule.
• Do not upload malicious code or use the service to interfere with another user's access.

The structure, explanations, worked examples, practice questions, interface, and other original material created for QUANTIX ARC are owned by or licensed to Jeyakarthick Allwin. Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your own preparation during the active access period. It does not transfer ownership of the content.

Third-party names, logos, marks, code, fonts, and linked material remain subject to their respective rights and licences. QUANTIX ARC is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those third parties.

QUANTIX ARC provides educational preparation only. Completing a lesson or using the service does not provide a qualification, certificate, guaranteed score, job, interview, salary, promotion, admission, or other outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your preparation, the assessment, the employer, and the relevant competition.

We work to keep QUANTIX ARC available and accurate, but no online service is uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, respond to security incidents, or change features and content. We are not responsible for outages caused by networks, browsers, third-party providers, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms as the product or law changes. The last-updated date identifies the current version. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate; continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, account sharing, payment abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, or attempts to bypass the service. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to correct it. We may act immediately where security or law requires.

You may request account deletion from your profile or by contacting us. Deleting an account does not create a refund entitlement and does not require us to erase records that must be retained for legal, tax, payment, dispute, or security purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, QUANTIX ARC is provided without warranties that every material is complete, error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular result. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

Nothing in these terms removes a protection that mandatory law gives you. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-law venue rules, disputes are subject to the courts of India.
