QUANTIX ARC (aptitude-pro.pages.dev) is operated by Jeyakarthick Allwin, an individual (sole proprietor) based in India. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why we handle it, who may receive it, and the choices available to you.

The service is intended to provide educational access. We try to keep the data we hold limited to what is needed for that purpose.

• Account data: name, email address, email-verification status, sign-in provider, and account timestamps.
• Session and security data: session identifiers held by Better Auth, device/session metadata, IP-derived security signals, rate-limit events, and audit events needed to protect accounts.
• Purchase data: selected access period, amount, currency, payment status, provider identifiers, receipt/reference details, and refund or dispute status. Card and bank details are entered with Dodo Payments; we do not store full card numbers.
• Support data: the email address and information you choose to include when you contact us.
• Technical data: request timing, error information, browser/device signals, and operational metrics used to keep the service available and investigate abuse.

We do not require sensitive personal information to use the educational content. Please do not include passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.

• Create and secure your account, authenticate sign-ins, verify email addresses, and send essential account messages.
• Provide the access period you purchased and associate payment confirmations with the correct account.
• Prevent fraud, account sharing, abuse, unauthorised access, and duplicate payment effects.
• Respond to support, privacy, deletion, and grievance requests.
• Maintain, debug, measure, and improve the reliability and security of the service.
• Meet tax, accounting, legal, dispute, and law-enforcement obligations when applicable.

We do not sell personal data, rent it to advertisers, or use it for targeted advertising.

Depending on the activity and the jurisdiction that applies, our reasons include:

• performing the account and purchase contract with you;
• complying with tax, accounting, payment, security, and other legal obligations;
• pursuing legitimate interests such as preventing abuse and keeping the service reliable; and
• consent where a particular processing activity requires it.

We use service providers only where they help us operate QUANTIX ARC:

• Cloudflare: Pages, Workers, D1, and related infrastructure for hosting, routing, security, and server-side storage.
• Dodo Payments: hosted checkout, payment processing, receipts, tax/payment operations, refunds, and payment-status webhooks.
• Google: sign-in and account-linking services when you choose Google authentication.
• Amazon SES or another configured email provider: verification, sign-in, password-reset, and service messages.
• Turnstile or equivalent abuse-prevention service: protection of selected public and authentication actions.
• Authorities or professional advisers: where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service.

We do not disclose your data to third parties for their independent advertising or sale.

We operate from India, while infrastructure and service providers may process data in other countries. By using QUANTIX ARC, you understand that account, payment, authentication, email, and operational data may be processed internationally through the providers listed above, subject to their terms, privacy notices, and applicable safeguards.

Browser authentication uses secure HttpOnly Better Auth cookies. D1 is accessed by the Worker rather than directly by the browser. We use access controls, validation, rate limits, signed payment webhooks, and operational monitoring appropriate to the service.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. Please use a unique password, keep your email account secure, sign out of shared devices, and contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

We keep account and session data while it is needed to provide the service and protect the account. You may request account deletion from your profile or by contacting us.

Deletion may not remove information that must be retained for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, payment disputes, security, or legal purposes. Where retention is required, we restrict its use and retain it only for the relevant purpose or period. Operational logs and webhook records may be cleaned according to the configured retention schedule.

Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an explanation of processing, and you may object to or withdraw consent from processing that relies on consent.

To make a request, contact support@leaparc.dev from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify the request before acting on it. You may also contact your local data-protection authority where applicable.

QUANTIX ARC uses essential HttpOnly cookies to keep you signed in and protect authenticated requests. These cookies are not advertising cookies. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

The browser may also retain non-sensitive interface preferences or cached application data. Authentication tokens and full account/payment snapshots are not intentionally stored in localStorage by the application. If we introduce optional analytics or non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and request consent where required.

QUANTIX ARC is intended for adults and learners preparing with the involvement of a parent or guardian where required. We do not knowingly collect a child's personal data without the required consent. If you believe a child has provided personal data improperly, contact us and we will review the request.
